Central to Buddhist philosophy is the concept of interdependence or dependent arising (Skt. pratītyasamutpāda), which suggests that all things exist in a web of connection, tied together by causes and effects (Skt. karma).

This guided meditation invites you to contemplate how your clothes came into being, and is an opportunity to reflect on all of the other human beings and environments we are connected to through our clothes.
